Got the dual system to work on my Waterbox AIO 35.2. The inside of the overflow has notches to hold the filter sock holder so it causes a tilt. I just need to glue a piece of acrylic to the base of the filter to straighten it up.

Thanks for the feedback! Just wanted to share a quick update:

We’re not just here to make things work. We’re here to make them work perfectly.

We’re currently designing and producing additional adapters for Waterbox and UNS tanks to:

1. Provide a more secure fit — installation will work the same way as with IM tanks (drop-in style).
2. Eliminate the need for the ears — since some users mentioned their lids fit so precisely that the ears interfere with proper placement.

These adapters will be ready for production in a few weeks and will be included with future product shipments.

For customers who already purchased the filter and plan to use it with Waterbox or UNS tanks, we’ll happily offer the adapter free of charge upon request — no time limit. Just let us know whenever you need it, and we’ll send it your way.

We’ll also reach out to all current customers once the adapters are available.
