Getting a little bit of all types of algae and cyano

Everything had been going well on my 60G cube after winning against waves and dinos. The trick was getting my nitrate and phosphate up to around 10 and 0.1 ppm respectively (previously they were undetectable). Coral growth is great, fantastic polyp extension, and everything looks just generally healthy. But now I'm getting all sorts of algae and cyano - all at once! I've got dinos again in the sand, cyano on the rocks, bubble algae everywhere, lots of this green leafy macro algae all over the rocks (and previously, completely covering one of my gyres), and lots of this other type of caulerpa-looking macroalgae. Here are some pics of the offenders:

Water parameters:
CA = 438 ppm
Alk = 8.7 dKH
pH = 8.2
NO3 = 16
P04 = 0.13

Running ~2L of kalk per day, some AFR, and dosing NeoPhos and NeoNitro to keep nutrients up.

Any ideas for what I should do next?

If the former ratio worked -is it feasible to get it back down to that ? Especially if dosing to get it up there?

Any changes in feeding of late?

@L/B Block - My nutrients have drifted a little higher, and I've been feeding a bit more. I'll dial it down again.

@psidriven - I've got a one-armed pitho in there doing the best he can, and an emerald I haven't seen in ages. Perhaps time for more!

@Coral reefer - I'm about 350-400 PAR at the top, running about 10 hours total with ramping. I'll add this to my tank thread.
