I finally broke down and placed an order with ReefExotic.net to get a frag of the coral in my avatar and a few other things. I looked for reviews/comments from other customers before ordering and didn't find anything -- so I was a bit leery. Anyway, Richard communicated about my order promptly via phone and over email. As it turned out, there was a problem with shipping and Richard went to far as to HAND-DELIVER the package yesterday! The frags were good sized, colorful and healthy, so just wanted to put the word out that this vendor is the whole package. :)
 
Is this the company that had a once a year "open to the public" event in December? I saw somewhere a posting from a mail order company that isn't normally open as a storefront. They were going to do another "open day" in February and I was thinking I'd like to go.
 
Nice to hear about your awesome experience! Not familiar with Reef Exotic, but they look to have a very nice selection. I'll be looking to order from them in the future.
