ID: ant like critter running in and out of my rocks?

No pictures, sorry.. i just saw it flash in and out of my rocks. It moved so quickly that the best way i can describe it is that it looked like a translucent ant. My guess is amphipod? Can anyone confirm or give another guess? Thanks!

I sure hope so. I just googled amphipods and they do look like what i saw. My only worry now is that I read somewhere that bigger amphipods can develop an appetite for zoas... and the critter that i saw was actually in my zoa garden rock (although i don't have much of a garden yet lol).

Don't worry until there's problems to worry about. Totally normal to have lots of different types of pods.
Great advice! This is what happens when you watch too many videos and read too many forum postings about reefing lol. Thanks for the tip!
