So right out of the box I was having a few issues. I sent Alex a message on facebook. What do you know? Its 11pm on a Wednesday night and he is troubleshooting this thing with me as I type. Really impressed with this service. It seems like he fixed my issue also!!!

How do you contact them outside of Facebook? Is that the only way?

I don't use FB either and have called, emailed, and texted with Alex in and out of his work hours. Very responsive and helpful.

Quick clarification. Eric is talking about the kh guardian from dr. Bridge.

The kh director is from GHL. They have good support as well, for GHL and a KHD contact Vinny from GHL for support.
