Looking for maintenance help

Hi all! It's been a while since I've been on this thread but I'm looking for someone to help with tank maintenance about 1-2/months. I moved away from my tank a while ago but my parents have kept it around (100 gallon mixed reef) and need someone who can provide some help. They are able to do water changes and regular maintenance but need someone to come by as needed to help when things aren't as smooth and ask questions. This would of course be paid. There are some shots of my tank on my profile from years ago and it's still same tank. 100 gallon mixed reef, all Kessil lighting with a Neptune system. Here are some new photos as well. They are in the Los Altos area right off of 280. Thank you!

They look like they are doing great keeping things up, and for questions/when things aren't smooth, we are here to help. It isn't a bad idea to have someone on hand, but I don't know if even monthly maintenance is needed here.

Only thing I might look into getting help for is removing the palys in the middle as they might be the toxin creating ones but other than that, things look like they are going to run smoothly for a long time.
