Now that my lowboy is cycled. Ive moved my corals into it. I totally emptied my main tank out and deep cleaned it. Also re-did my rock scape. My goal is to make my main tank in my living room more fish friendly plus now having the ability to grow out corals in my lowboy I can be really be choosy with what I put in my main tank. I want to grow only high ends in it. I’m running VarioS CR220 calcium reactors in both to handle the livestock. My Alk is holding steady at 9.0 in my lowboy holding all my acros. So today I installed a CR220 in my main tank for future stock. I’ve been dosing Alk and calcium while it’s been cycling. I’m thinking my main tank is at the lps friendly stage right now. My torches and chalices are doing good in it. I’ll hold off on introducing acros until I see my reactor producing Alk steady.
