I believe my Neptune Apex EB832 has failed. The unit stopped working last week, and I suspect it's due to a power surge that happened while I was on vacation. Before I left, I had an Energy Bar 6 plugged into the EB832. I came back to find that the Energy Bar 6 had gotten wet and was fried.

Here are the specific symptoms:
- The EB832 has no lights on the front.
- The internal fan is much louder than it used to be.
- When I unplug the unit and plug it back in, I hear a "clicking" sound, which indicates that the internal power supply might still be getting some power.
