Nice Japanese Aquarium

Has 3 whale sharks there. I could just sit there all day and stare at this tank.

You can always fly there =) then tour rest of japan while at it

I routinely (almost every year) visit Tokyo but rarely go that far from Tokyo. Occasionally we'd go to Yokohama or Kyoto but Okinawa is pretty far!

I've been there, and the whole aquarium is pretty awesome.
Okinawa is a lot of fun to visit, if you can get to one of the surrounding small islands - the diving and snorkeling are unreal.

That is a huge tank, but I didn't see any coral.

There were 3 whale sharks in that aquarium, just tells you how massive that thing has to be.

Georgia has a 6+ million gallon tank that's even bigger than this one, upside is you don't need to fly to Japan to see it, downside is you have to go to Georgia to see

I wonder how they feed 3 whale sharks? those things would probably have to eat 100 pounds of plankton per day.
