Target feeding question

When target feeding corals with multiple mouths like lobo for example. If on of the mouths takes in a meaty food will the whole coral get the nutrients, or does each mouth have to be fed? Also softies like Duncan's torches and frogspawn will they benefit from just one head being fed?

With regards to the lobo, you should be fine feeding it through one of its mouths, but I always just fed all of them, as there were only two on mine. Duncans, torches, and frogspawn; I normally feed all the heads I have easy access too -if your hands are already wet (or you have a pipette in the tank already), why not feed all you can right?
