I had an awesome experience today at Aquarium Concepts. Thank you Ken (owner) for knowing how to take care of a customer and for knowing how to put together the finest LFS in the bay area. you've earned my business for life.
1. customer service is top notch. thank you Cameron and Jason for the help on the floor. great guys.
2. product line ranges from basic to top of the line. most of the high end stuff is in stock too...deltec, solaris, 3 or 4 brands halide lighting, reactors, all the top of the line tanks and sumps; if you had a wish list youd probably be able to fill it from their inventory alone.
3. professional/healthy fish and coral displays. well stocked. great diversity.
4. i bought an ORA chips frag (super healthy, big time pe), freshened up my cleaning crew, bought some supplies, and picked up an 18 pound gold nugget chunk of live rock.
it was a good day today.
