Blue tipped tenius

I have a couple of encrusted blue tipped tenius I like to put in DBTC. I remember Perry had some of these in DBTC before, but I did not see the thread by a quick scan, therefore this new thread. I can bring the frags to this Saturday's BAR meeting, or you can pick up from my home.

For some reason this one does not do well.
Polyps are not extended.
When i brought it home it was almost white.
It did recover the body color but not polyps.

Zep - what kind of lighting do you have over the tank?

I have mine on a frag tray four inches from the surface of the tank, 250w 12k Reeflux (almost a year old) ten inches from bottom of bulb to water's surface. I get good polyp extension and the the blue tips are a nice royal blue.

I have T5, it's about 5in below water surface.
Total 160w T5 over 50g tank.
