I have some discs from an old Sony CD Mavica that were not "finalized" our camera went bad and we cannot see those picture unless the CD is finalized in a similar camera; does anyone have a camera that I could borrow just to finish the discs? Or if there's a program that could help us get those pictures transferred please let me know.

No clue if it's the same thing, but when I used to burn CD's various programs like Nero/EasyCDCreator could finalize regular data or music CD's.
