Most likely ich. I would do 20% water change for the next 3 days and reduce to 10% for the following 3 days while feeding alot like 3-4 times a day with a variety of food like nori, frozen, chopped clam, mysis, and pellets. You can soak soak pellets in maracyn two to prevent secondary infection. You then should continue with 10% water change every 3-4 days for three weeks. Make sure your glass wall are cleaned during this period as well. In the meantime, you should backtrack and consider how you may have this outbreak so that you can prevent it next time. The usual case is that we usually add something new to the tank without quarantining, even invertebrates.
