    Today I woke-up to this:
(right lower side of the coral)

Does anybody know what would that be? The water parameters are good, and everything seams normal..

None of my fishes ever attacked corals, so I crossed that out (I think)..

And also this coral was a gift from a friend, does anybody know which one is it?

    Thanks again...

    Any angelfish or butterflyfish?

What do you have around it? Not just near but around it.

Looks like it got attacked by another coral. Did another coral fall on top of it?

It looks to me like a coral war too.

I have an anemone close to it.. but the wounds are on the far side of it.. No angelfish or butterflies..

    It's very weird.

I will move the coral just in case!

    Thanks everyone!

What is on the side that is damaged? Doesn't have to be close. Some have filaments over 6"

    The old "parameters are good"...
Alk unstable? Or sting damage or getting eaten.

Well.. I think it was the anemone.
This morning it moved to where the other coral was before.. The attacked coral is fine, I mean, no more damage..

By the way, does anybody know what kind of coral is this?
