Help Identify this unknown invert or sponge

Do any of you know what this is? It came on a frag really small, spongelike, ball. Has a smooth outter skin. After a month it grew bigger than the shroom and started growing these red leaves. Should i remove it?

Just looks like a red macro algae. Won't hurt anything. I have a bunch in my refugium.

If you find it's irritation the mushroom you can easily remove it.

Agree that those tendrils look innocuous.
But that big red blob may not be.
Looks a bit like red bubble algae on top of some other red macro algae.
If bubble, get rid of that ASAP.
