Hosting Provider

So I saw Rich's post and figured I would ask a similar question. I current use godaddy for a virtual dedicated server. While it is fairly inexpensive per month I get only like 10gb of Disk Space. I would love to find an inexpensive colo provider here in the bay area I can put a server at. I just need a little server with a 1TB drive. I want an offsite location to replicate my server at home to and a place to host a few small family gallery2 websites and email. Anyone got a lead on a decent place?

I have hosting I never use at dreamhost, I could set you up with a sub domain for whatever you're paying godaddy now. Basically because i let them use my site as a Guinea pig i have unlimited storage. Not for hosting a high traffic site, but for a backup I use it myself.
