how to clean a filter bag

hello
I was told that the 200 micron filter bags used in my sump/refugium can be washed and reused. Does any one has done that?
What is the proper way to clean it so it can be used again?

thanks for the information. I have spent a whole lot of money buying new ones for the last 6 months. (I threw them away) , now I know I can keep them.

still messy.. Doing it by yourself take a long time especially when you don't know what the hell you are doing LOL ..
