Yes it is especialy right outside Saigon near the factories. It takes 2hours to go a block. And you think rush hour in the City here is bad.

Looks better than Chennai, India. The streets are crappy and often wet. Heck in India, most of those motorbikes have a family of four with the wife sitting side-saddle... I don't know how they hang on as they serve in and out of the people, dogs, sleeping cows etc.
Also, if your hand stops hitting the horn 1 or 2 times a second, people look at you funny. I'll have to dig out some pictures. Apparently a Dead-broad on a cart is not a good reason to stop honking.
It was a blast actuallly.
