Got a basic lighting schedule set up for my tank, but I've found a pretty scarce amount of lighting schedules for this light online. Anybody mind sharing there's so I can get an idea what others are running? Thanks!

This is what I am using on my 69g. 36"x22"x22". Noon to 10pm with 2 hr ramps. Color temp is at 20%. Probably close to 400 PAR at the center top of rockwork during the peak. I boosted the lighting levels a bit since I had a PAR meter a year ago. I'm also running the T5 hybrid fixture w/blue plus, coral plus, and actinic.
