Borrowed a friends 60mm f/2.8 to try.. I'm still trying to decide which micro/macro lens I want to get... This pics seemed to come out sharper for me than with the 105 f/2.8.. I might have been doing something wrong originally.. I'm still a total beginner so any and all help would be much appreciated.. I need to play around with the white balance to see if I can richen the colours slightly.. The pics appear slightly washed out in comparison to how they look to my eye.. All frag pics shot from a tripod in aperture mode at f/16.. 2 of the pics I shot in manual with f16 and iso 200 but I can't remember which two. 
The spiderweb/plant pics and my sons reflection/eyeballshot were freehand...
