NEED FRESHWATER TANK SITE

I have a neighbor that needs some help with her freshwater set ups , anyone know of good sites with forums that could be helpful. she's only got fish , no live plants or anything like that. thanks in advance.

I started out on a fish only site called myfishtank.net. Camero1979 here was there too lol.
From there, I got into plants and went to aquaticplantcentral and plantedtank
