Who does power coating? will compensate. Need to powder coat two 1"x60"x.25" and two 8"x1"x.25" aluminum bars.

I've used Leon's Powder Coating in San Jose for small stuff before. I had an old road bike frame powder coated. They did a really good job for a pretty reasonable price ($100-$200). Just make sure to tell them what needs to be masked (like threads).

This was a few years ago, so prices might have changed.
 
It's to hang lights. I was recommended to use plastic dip

I have used them from all kinds of projects, Fox uses them as well, I've seen their trucks there.
 
If it doesn’t have to be show quality. You can try pors15. It’s Will leave brush lines tho. That’s what we use to use on our frames. Now we use raptor liner but that is a little bumpy.
Both will repel salt
