Screw on caps for gallon jugs

Looking for some screw on caps for gallon jugs. I'd rather have an extra set with holes in them for 2 part dosing. Anyone know where I can find some locally?
 
Do you know the thread count? That kinda matters a lot when sizing caps.

Pictures help not in the search of the thread/cap size FWIW. Why not call Aquatic Collection and see if they'll sell some to you?
