Scrubbing algae off fiberglass water tables?

Hi Everyone,

I have a nice healthy layer of algae growing in my fiberglass water tables. I need to scrub it off without damaging the fiberglass. I have a few snails roaming around but there's a plaque-y layer of algae that my soft sponges and brushes won't get rid of. Any suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

This is outside of a reef tank, right? A solution of bleach mixed with water, then scrub with scotch-brite should take it off.

Thanks Michael! It is actually holding my corals. I attached a picture of my water tables before I started growing anything in there and there's a not very great picture of the algae growth I'm trying to keep under control.
