Picked up a few new frags today. I got a new Green Montipora "unsure on which type" I also got a Hynophora. Never heard of this one before but it looked very interesting and I got a good deal on it. According to a couple of web sites, it can be very sporadic on availability. Not sure how true this is, but I like it anyways.
 
Brian the first isn't a monti, I think its a pavona.

nice a new entry into the coral death match. Think hydnophora is the SPS heavyweight champion. Hmmm it vs. Orange Crush acan who wins?


As Mike said be very careful, hydnophora can grow very quickly and can be very lethal to its friends around it.
 
Thanks Ian I think you are right. I wasn't 100% sure that is what it was, but that is what I was told. But from the pic above it definitely looks like a pavona.
