Still Life +

Got really bored of working all day, so I went into my basement and took some pictures as a break.










Lastly, a picture I took of my girl with her new camera:

The cello was a really cheaply made POS cello that my sister "inherited" from the high school symphony way back in the 80's. It started to crack when she first got it, and no "luthier" (I guess they're called) would fix it since the wood was so cheap.

Anyway, I will probably fill it halfway with potting soil and grow a tiny vine orchid out of it =)

nice, I like the DOF in the second shot. and I love the
overall feel in the last shot, the tones of the wood look great together.
