Why do I get the feeling this was more along the lines of "Summabitch couldn't speak English!"

It's the freaking cargo rep's responsibility. The driver can't go into the warehouse/cargo area to pick up the box himself. They gave him the wrong package and trying to blame it on the driver also.

The driver will take the fall, spend a few in Gander Hill and come out with a bunch of $$$ and new friends, at least that's how it works in Philly. Remember this is a town that had Frank Rizzo as mayor....

It's 100% the cargo employees fault and most likely will result in a fine on both the employee and SWA by TSA.
