Worm? Harmful to coral?

I've seen those worms(?) for the last 7 days, normally 10-15 minutes before light out.
My yellow coris wrasse ignores them.

I can't get a better picture or video of them with iphone.
Any idea?

Worms are usually ok, I can't really tell from the video what it is though

Thank you! Very interesting video in general besides the worm which makes me worry -- I will try to kill/get it out as long as I see them.
