Is it normal for Talbot's demoiselle to take substrate and make a home for itself? Lil guy been throwing substrate all over my mushrooms! Making a cave between the rocks

Lol it's better than maroon clowns dropping crushed coral on corals in one tank, and the others knocking over acros. They like rearranging the tank to their liking and they rarely tolerate new additions.

I'm new to tarbot, and my established banggai cardinal (male), and it have tussled here and there because the tarbot is in his territory.
