Seeking ID: Possible Pest

Am I looking at vermetid snails setting up shop on pump in my coral QT? I will check more carefully after school but right now I only see them on this side of the pump, nowhere else in the tank, and not on any of the frags in there.

Most wouldn't classify vermatids in same category as say flatworms bugs and aptasia as in please don't bring any with those.

More closer inline with asterina stars undesired in plague numbers but nothing that would prevent or make me hesitant from buying a coral if I seen them.

These are how I scratch my glass by leaving the magnet cleaner in too long.

Bumblebee snails eat them.
