Adding Rock Shelves to Existing In Tank Rocks

What's the best solution to add a few rock shelves to the existing rock work while in the DT. The CoralCrete doesn't seem to hold very well and takes a while to harden.

I recently added an arch to my established tank. I found the e-marco cement could only hold 2 rocks together at a time and took 12 hours to cure. If you have the shelves built, I would use the 2 part epoxy sticks in the tank. I put some detail in a post on my journal. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Two part epoxy and super glue. Mix up some epoxy and squirter some super glue on it. Stick super glue side down onto existing rock. Super glue on new rock and stick it to epoxy. Hold for 30 seconds or so.
