Ammonia on my 30 is 0.
Nitrates and Phosphates are a little high, I am starting to win that battle. We added a dragonette to the tank over a month ago, along with copepods for it to eat. And we may have been a little overzealous with the Phytofeast. Also I found out my wife was WAY overfeeding the fish. My clowns need a diet now.
