I have a 6 yrs old heater that finally goes out on me. Will not turn on and not any other catastrophic failure. Lets say i have my money worth.
Contacted Aqueon and they will ship me a new heater! I'm impressed. they just ask for a pic of the heater, and the invoice. Thanks to amazon, i can dig up the 6 yrs old purchase invoice in 2 mins.
