i'm going in to pick it up, but he wants me to call him prior, just incase it doesn't do well

I have had planaria in my tank in the past and they went away on their own.
I was also in the process of killing some algae, so I think I had gone though over 400gals of water changes in about 3 months or so in a 60g tank. Never used the chemical. They haven't been back since. It's been about 6 months already.
