I can’t tell from the looks of it if I should grow it or discard.

Some info:
I have a pair of Rockflowers. I observed few more of these tiny anemones popped up on sand in low flow area. Discovered a couple of them a month back, right now it’s around 8-9 in the tank mostly on sand.

Well, I added several coral frags in last few weeks (I don’t QT corals I dip add them after 2 weeks of observation in frag tank). When I found these tiny anemones I researched Majanos they look quite similar.
 
I would say they are baby RFA's....congrats! In order for them to survive they will need to either be under the parents tentacles or manually fed to help them grow.
Thanks, I will try to relocate them. The parents came from your tank @Klems! I think got these from you like an year back or so..
