Cabinet Doors

Does anyone know the cheapest place to grab a cabinet door? Barkerdoor.com is pretty good. I'm going to ask my kitchen cabinet guy, but they usually are too busy for small projects like this. Or if a fellow members can make one for me to buy.

Also, would a shaker door or slab door look better for my stand? Surprisingly, it's been open like this for the last 6 years, been too lazy to build/buy one.

I don't know where to get them made cheap but I would go for at least the shaker door if not something with even more detail. I wouldn't do the panel doors on that cabinet. You're planning on doing an overlay door right, not an inset door?
What species of wood is that?

1/2" overlay. I forgot just cheap wood from Lowes. I tried staining for the first time, looks more like paint with streaks :/
