While taking my kids to school, saw this truck; it's the second time I spot it. They deliver CO2. Based out of Pacheco CA, maybe worth a call see if they refill tanks, who knows...

I wonder if they could do it any cheaper than the welding supply places. We pay pennies for the actual product in comparison to the labor they charge to fill it.

I get my tank refilled at the Carbonic Services in Santa Clara. Not sure how much it is up there, but it's like $20 for a 5-10# tank.
