Nathan puts out some quality stuff. Ive ordered both from him before and was very pleased with what I received.
I have ordered from 5+ different well-known copepod sellers. Best I have found so far is Dinkin’s Aquatics: very high density pods, best pricing (very commonly known sale + can buy pods in bulk size containers), they sell single species as well as mixed species, and they sell amphipods.
That said, I rarely buy copepods nowadays. I don’t think they are necessary—my two Mandarin fish do just fine even when I am doing 4-5 week Interceptor treatments which decimate the population. The copepod population always bounces back. The time when I had the most pods (ie, crawling all over the glass) was before I added wrasse. I can’t see pods walking around now but I know they are there since I don’t directly feed my Mandarin anything—they just pick at the rock all day.
