Damsel in distress.. *help*

Is this fin rot? one of my azure is not eating today and stay at the bottom of the Qt tank. Other tankmates include 2 other azure, 2 chromis and 1 neon. All other fish is fine.

Qt started on Feb 15th. Medication schedule attached.

I don;t see any aggression. I stare at the tank a lot since its in my home office. Maybe night time, the bully comes out.

Looks like the fish might not make it. it start to develop open wound/sore near the gills. Could be aggression or ??

Confirmed its aggression. Finally saw the 2 other Azure is picking on this poor guy. This is a 13G QT tank. Plenty of pcv pipe for hiding space.

Transfer this poor guy into my old 15g tank with 2 hermit. I don't know what else to do. Once he heal, i'm not sure what i can do.

I’d let him heal up and then try to find a new home for him. Once the other 2 have paired up, it’s probably going to be difficult to keep all 3 together long term, even in a decent size tank.

That’s my thought as well. Alternatively I can house him in the coral qt tank.
