Comes with a remote, to raise and lower head foot etc. Legs and bottom mattress rest were taken off to get it through door. They just screw on/push in.
It can be further disassembled to fold in half I recall with a few bolts and sockets. I have the tools available to use on my end or for you to borrow if you return them.
Works best either either a gel or memory foam mattress. They can be found for under $200 very easily online. Certain retailers in California even offer free mattress disposal if you get one from them and have a old one to dispose of. Just be sure to choose those options if your purchasing a mattress.

It's used in fair condition.
No mattress as we let them haul it away since free, the broken one I cut up into small peices and put in dumpster. We had a kind split and one side quite working so we got a whole new set up. Yet this functions as expected plus has a massage function. So hopefully someone has a use for it.

We had 14 inch twin xl mattresses.
