GHL KH Director

Here's my previous response comparing and contrasting the KH Director and the Trident: https://www.bareefers.org/forum/threads/ghl-or-apex.31621/post-455696

The KH Director is solid hardware and chemistry with (in my opinion) terrible user interface. Setup was not intuitive, connecting via WiFi usually took me more than one attempt (and frequently three or more attempts). The smaller install base means support is also a bit more challenging. It's cheaper to run than a Trident, though, and you can make your own testing reagent in a pinch.

If you're only measuring alkalinity, it's fine. If you want to measure other parameters (calcium, etc), you'll need the Ion Director as well (and another ghl doser).

My recommendation is that, if you're just looking for something to monitor alkalinity, there are better options. If there's a specific reason you want it, it's serviceable; just be aware of the caveats.
