Hydor Flo keeps popping off

I have a Hydor Flo and for some reason it keeps popping off the return pipe, any ideas how to fix it? I have had it on for about a month or so, and it was working fine. any ideas why it pops off now? or anyone have this issue also, and find a way to fix it. It only stays on for about 5 mins before it comes off again.

I just glued mine.

I think I'm going to try teflon tape, I want to be able to get it out and clean it

I've done teflon and it works. Also done just a tad of super glue at the very edge after it was on. If you want, you can even heat the edge of the hydor and squeeze it just a little to make it a tighter fit. That's more permanent, but risky.

He's right! I glued mine with Super Glue to the output!
