ID Please.

I'm usually pretty good about finding ID's for myself but I haven't seen one of these before. I have smaller ones I think they look like shrek's ears in white when their small. I found a larger one and it looks feathery.

Can the creature retract the feathery part; if so it is most likely a tube worm; if it can't retract the feathery part it might be a sponge (maybe a pineapple sponge).

Doesn't retract, could be a sponge, doesn't look anything like a pineapple sponge though.

Do you have any bivalves?

I might have a few, I found a small clam in my sump, attached to my skimmer last week.

It almost looks like byssal threads, that's why I ask about the bivalves

I see what you mean. I don't think that's what they are though. The one I took a picture of disappeared. When I took the picture it was barely hanging on. I saw some more on a different part of the rock. They seem to grow long then fall off.
