Just wanted to let members know of a good experience. I bought a new American Marine Pinpoint pH probe from Premium Aquatics for my Apex. I calibrated it and all was fine for a few days...then suddenly it dipped to 1.74 and stuck there. I re-calibrated the probe and it was good for a couple of hours and then dropped to 1.74 again. I called Premium Aquatics on Saturday and left a message explaining that I thought the probe was bad. I did not hear from them on Monday, but this morning, I got an e-mail that the new probe is on its way. Good vendor!
