L/F Local SW Feeder Shrimp for Eels and Anglers?

My last post as well. Another reason not to make assumptions: I posted the eel and shrimp order to show I have been evaluating, learning, planning, prepping and ordering for an eel for a while now (the order for the ribbon eel was canceled a week ago). I would not be placing 2 eels in the same tank. I have a Kraken lid just for this reason. Thanks for the constructive feedback, again just my two sense, but to start the conversation with this would have been much better and avoided frustration for both of us. I do appreciate your concern for the animals in our care.

Fair enough on stating “How you read” which means assuming. Again, always more helpful to ask for a clarification rather than assume before telling someone they have done zero research. I chose to assume nothing and seek more information before presenting a negative response. Again, just the way I operate. Thanks for reviewing the thread.

At the lfs I worked at eels were always primarily fed raw seafood with tongs (we fed ribbon eels feeder shrimp as well), and the first google result seems to show this is common practice. We would also do chunks of silverside.

Thank you for constructive response. I have an Associates degree in Biology, Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy and a Masters in Genetics as well as an MBA. Been in healthcare now for just over 40 years.
