It’s very simple. It’s just an electronic standing desk. You can get one on fb marketplace for free. The two motor one is better that the single if your lights are super heavy.
Anyways. Just remove the desk top. Drill out the end holes. I used ecotech rms light rail cuz I had it but anything will work. I chopped the legs off and welded a two T legs. I can weld it for you if you need. Ran an extension cable for the controller. That it.

The only downside is that I cannot move it up and down, only back and forth, so you have to get it right the first time mounting to the wall, or hang the lights from the rail so they're adjustable. If this was a smaller lighter setup, I would've considered the monitor arms that use a gas piston to move up and down.@CaseyP probably has the best TV mount light rack I've seen: https://www.bareefers.org/forum/threads/caseys-red-sea-s-1000.33335/post-484431

I was gonna wrap it with plexiglass to make a floating canopy but I’m lazy.
With that I'd imagine it would be hard to get the light pointed horizontal and hold really any weight at all.The only downside is that I cannot move it up and down, only back and forth, so you have to get it right the first time mounting to the wall, or hang the lights from the rail so they're adjustable.
