Once again, we would like to offer a FREE 10'x10' booth to Bay Area Reefers if you so choose to exhibit at the Marine Aquarium Expo. Thus far we already have five local clubs participating and only ONE more booth available. http://www.marineaquariumexpo.com/floorplan.html

We also have individual 5'x10' "hobbyist booths" available for only $200 for the entire weekend for those who wish to sell/trade/etc. as an individual coral and/or equipment seller.

No, we're still setting up Friday morning....the trade show won't open until Noon, or possibly even 2PM, depending on what the exhibitors want.
I can't predict how successful Friday will be.....no body has attempted a hybrid show like this before. Saturday and Sunday we expect upwards of 3,000 attendees over those two days

Hey, I've got you beat by a mile:

When I organized Reef-A-Palooza last year, it just happened to land exactly on my wedding anniversary! Worse yet, I made her work the event right along side me! LOL
(hehehe, I can...safely laugh about it now....from a distance anyway :'( )

Not to mention putting up with me for an entire year of being president of a fish club AND working full time on a FISH EVENT

We have buiness cards and a few large posters made thus far. The MAX II 4x6 post cards are being designed as we speak......should be printed and ready to distribute by the thousands in a couple weeks.
