My college goldfish JoJo, who got me into fish keeping, just passed

Hi all, I'm genuinely devastated this morning. I looked out my window and saw my goldfish swimming vertically and laying on the bottom of my pond. He hasn't responded to Epsom salt treatment and I think its dropsy. I will have to put him down as he is barely breathing.
This free goldfish from my RA in college got me into fish keeping. He went from a bowl to a 1gal to a 29gal to a 1200gal pond I dug by hand just for him. I would not be into this hobby at all if it wasn't for JoJo. His buddy Dio the goldfish will hopefully carry on his legacy.

Here are some pictures over the years of him. I hope he will enjoy Fish heaven.

Rest In Peace JoJo the goldfish.

My father had a number of "5 cent feeder" fish that grew to "larger than hand" size, raccoons came first and decided that only the meat near the head was worth eating and left the rest of the body near the pond, he then planted a number of cactii around the edge of the pond (the ones with the super long spikes) and that seemed to hold them back for a bit... then one day a heron decided to go for a snack and he was done with it.
