New Unidentified Critter

I just saw a bunch of little critters running through my live rock and Im concerned they may be bad. They look almost transparent or white-ish and they are small with little feets under em that move pretty damn quickly... any ideas on what these guys are and if they are bad for my tank... if so please offer some ideas for extinction. Thanks!

I have had some amphipods that appeared to lunch on some zoa's that started melting away. While that colony is long gone I can't say that they started the zoa decline but just took advantage of it. I try and thin them out from time to time when they start to swarm like roaches, just to make sure they don't get too hungry :)
 
I had a huge population of pods in my BC14. I got a possum wrasse and in 3 days, I couldn't find a pod no matter how hard I looked!

actually any one got rocks with lots of pods they cna help me seed my refugium with ? Will pay for it and return the rocks once it's been seeded. :)

I'm going to do a water change in the next day or 2 and I can suck some out into a deli container and bring it to the BOD mtg if you really want. I think they can handle a 3 or 4 days floating in my sump? Or you could pick them up in Pittsburg. lmk

I bought tigger pods from a lfs and ocean pods online.

They disappeared once they got into the tank =) But I hope with all the crazy feedings they'll start reproducing soon. My corals need food =X

I like the controlled way of introducing pods, which is why I went with the above.
